Marion Ehmann

Marion Ehmann is a Partner at Venturis Consulting Group and has been a lawyer for more than 20 years.
Since 2013 she has been focusing on improving work processes, service levels, efficiency and client focus in both law firms and legal departments. The results she creates help to improve cooperation between clients and their legal advisors, enhance economic performance, retain talent and support digitisation processes.
She advises law firms and legal departments with regard to the design, introduction and execution of Legal Project Management, Legal Process Improvement and Legal Design.
Marion Ehmann is a member of the German bar as well as certified as a coach on PCC level by the International Coach Federation and as a Legal Project Practitioner and Legal Process Improvement Professional by the International Institute of Legal Project Management.
