Siri is legal director for the Kesko corporation’s companies in Norway. Kesko, listed on the Finnish stock exchange, is the third largest retail operator in Northern Europe operating within three divisions; grocery, building and technical trade and car trade. In Norway, Kesko owns the brands Byggmakker, Onninen, Elektroskandia and Elfag, engaging more than 2,350 employees and with a total sales of around 15 billion NOK.

Since joining Kesko in 2020, Siri has been responsible for legal, compliance and corporate governance in Norway, securing a wide range of aspects from strategic to operational support related to corporate strategy and company administration, M&A, contracts and compliance including competition law, GDPR, ESG etc.

Prior to joining Kesko, Siri has been working at Amesto, Visma, public governance, EY, as well as EFTA functions in Luxembourg and Brussels. Siri holds a cand. Jur. degree from the University of Oslo from 2004, as well as various post graduate classes linked to, e.g., BI, Harvard and Insead.
